Produce a Showcase
By showcasing, you have the potential of reaching an audience of nearly 1,600 presenting organizations, more than 3,600 presenting professionals and 250 artist companies from around the world at APAP|NYC.

Showcases are self-produced by APAP members in venues all across NYC. APAP, itself, does not produce, curate or jury any showcases.
The most popular dates for showcasing are Saturday and Sunday evenings during the conference when the greatest number of attendees are in New York. These days are also the most competitive because there are so many showcase choices for presenters to attend. Many showcases are repeated to offer presenters and other conference attendees multiple opportunities to see an artist's work.
Showcase producers are responsible for coordinating performance times and logistics directly with the venue. To get started, browse a list of possible NYC venues. Purchase a Showcase Listing
In October those already registered for APAP|NYC will be able to log in to purchase a showcase listing. Purchasing a showcase listing is the easiest way to promote your performance. You must be a fully registered conference attendee to purchase a showcase listing.
A $70 showcase listing appears in the following places:
- APAP|NYC Showcase Listing Guide (if purchased before 5 p.m. (EST), Wednesday, November 16, 2016)
- APAP|NYC 2017 mobile app
- Searchable database online at apapnyc.org
Tracking Showcase Leads
Showcasers have the opportunity to track attendees to their showcase through lead retrieval which can be ordered through SmartSource. To learn more or to order lead retrieval for APAP|NYC 2017, view this information sheet and form.
