How to Buy a Booth

Booths are sold on a first come, first served basis. Register and buy your booth early: the EXPO Hall sells out every year!

  1. Confirm your APAP membership status. If you are not a member or your membership expires before the conference, you will need to renew your membership before checking in. Call 202.833.2787 to confirm membership status.
  2. Register for APAP|NYC!A full conference registration is required to buy a booth. After you have registered and purchased a booth, you will receive additional complimentary booth badges for booth staff.
  3. Purchase your booth(s)! Once you are registered for APAP|NYC log in to the APAP|NYC website and access your MyAPAPConference page. On that page, click Purchase a Booth and follow the steps to select the booth of your choice. Review the EXPO Hall floor plans as part of your booth selection process. A 50% deposit (by credit card) is required to reserve a booth.

Booth Selection and Payment Process

Seniority System

APAP has an established schedule to notify all returning exhibitors of the dates of access depending on their level of seniority. Seniority is determined by consecutive years of exhibiting:

25 years+ Mon., Aug. 1, 2016, noon (EDT)
15 years+ Wed., Aug. 3, 2016, noon (EDT)
10 years+ Wed., Aug. 10, 2016, noon (EDT)
1-9 years Wed., Aug. 17, 2016, noon (EDT)
New Exhibitors Wed., Aug. 24, 2016, noon (EDT)

Please note that all exhibitors who attended APAP|NYC 2016 will receive an email containing their tier information and dates of priority purchasing in July 2016. 

Payment Information

Payment is accepted online by credit card, and exhibitors may pay in full or sign up for a two-installment, split payment process. Exhibitors will receive email reminders to pay the balance due. Balances are due by October 15, 2016. Any exhibitor with an outstanding balance at the time the conference opens will not be allowed to retrieve registration materials or badges, load in, or occupy a booth without first satisfying all outstanding balances.
