Special registration arrangements may be available for international delegations. If you are part of an international delegation that plans to bring between 10-60 people to APAP|NYC, please send an email to: describing your delegation and your groups' needs with “APAP|NYC 2017 international delegation” in the title line.

New Colleagues Orientation - Friday, January 6, 2017

All first-time attendees should plan to join this special informational and networking event where you will learn to make the most of your time in NYC, whether you are a new professional in the performing arts field or someone who simply wants a refresher course. Come meet and mingle with your colleagues and mentors. All are welcome!

When registering for APAP|NYC, you were given the option to be matched with a mentor, a seasoned field volunteer who will help you make the most of your time at APAP|NYC. This time-honored APAP tradition has fostered wonderful relationships that span entire careers.
