Inside Arts

With its striking design and exclusive content, APAP’s year-round member magazine reaches a well-defined target audience of 1,700 leaders within the performing arts market, and hundreds more through bonus distribution and the digital edition.

Advertise in the APAP|NYC conference issue of Inside Arts to capture the attention of APAP members as they prepare for the “go to” annual gathering of the field and while they are on-site at the conference. The issue is mailed a month in advance and also distributed on-site at registration.

Advertise in all four issues for added savings and year-round connection to this desirable audience. Rates start at

2016-2017, Inside Arts will be published on the following schedule:

  • Fall 2016: Mailed August 2016 plus bonus distribution at regional performing arts conferences 
  • Conference 2017: Mailed December 2016 and distributed on-site at APAP|NYC conference registration 
  • Spring 2017: Mailed March 2017 
  • Summer 2017 ("The Knowledge Issue"): Mailed June 2017

APAP|NYC Program and Showcase Listing Guide Advertising

Each year, the APAP|NYC Program and Showcase Listing Guide helps more than 3,600 attendees navigate five days of APAP’s annual member conference and the “must attend” performing arts industry event of the year.

The book is spiral-bound and divided into two parts: the program side and the showcase listing side. Space is subject to availability and will be given on a first come, first served basis.

Open only to conference registrants, advertising is an exclusive benefit of APAP membership, giving you access to this invaluable audience of performing arts buyers.
